UPDATE:  GBI Requests Public’s Assistance to locate Ter’Ryon Martin

CAMILLA, Mitchell County, Georgia – Ter’Ryon Maleek Martin (19) of Pelham was arrested on Tuesday, December 3 by the Georgia Bureau of Invetigation (GBI), the U.S. Marshals Service, the Camilla Police Department (CPD), and the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO).  In connection to the death of Kelvin Church, Martin has been charged with:

–           Malice Murder,

–          Felony Murder,

–          Aggravated Assault, and

–          Possession of a Firearm During a Felony.

 

The GBI reports that Martin was located at a home in the 4000 block of Back Nine Road in Pelham.  He was found hiding inside a kitchen cabinet that had been screwed shut.

 

Martin’s father, Terry Phillip Martin (3) of Pelham, was also arrested and charged with one felony count of Hindering the Apprehension of a Fugitive.

 

Both men are reported to be booked into the Mitchell County Jail.
