US 129/SR 11 closed in Echols County for emergency repair
Statenville, ECHOLS COUNTY, Georgia – Georgia Department of Transportation has closed US 129/State Route (SR) 11 in Echols County and detoured traffic for emergency road repair.
The site is located less than a mile north of the intersection of SR 94 and US 129/SR 11. Detours have been set up at that intersection in Statenville and the intersection of US 129/SR 11 at US 84 in Stockton. See the detour map for the alternate route for non-local traffic.
Georgia DOT is coordinating emergency response activities with local contractors. It is unknown when repairs will be complete.
