W.W. Law Remembered for His Enduring South Georgia Civil Rights Legacy

LANIER COUNTY, Georgia – W. W. Law of Savannah has left a significant legacy for South Georgia.
One of this writer’s former high school students, Zacourie Miles, and I learned firsthand about W. W. Law and his civil rights contributions when we had an opportunity to meet with several individuals in Savannah, who were working to remember Savannah’s civil rights legacy by establishing a civil rights museum. Such educational moments are just one of Law’s legacy.
