LANIER COUNTY, Georgia – Burton Fletcher, has opened a non-profit corporation titled the Burton Fletcher Foundation for Animals, Inc. (BFFA) Fletcher is a retired college, and university professor, who taught over a span of 27-years, and an emeritus attorney in Georgia, admitted in 1981.
