GEORGIA PRIMARY ELECTIONS PUSHED BACK TO JUNE

GEORGIA – Georgia statewide General Primary and Presidential Preference Primary Election has been rescheduled until June 9th. These elections are three weeks later than originally scheduled over health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was vested in the authority to make this election decision due to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-50.1
