Sheriff Qualifications According to Georgia Law

LANIER COUNTY, GA – Once again with the qualifying of local candidates for several county offices, resident conversations are centered upon the qualification of persons who have filed for the position of Lanier County Sheriff.

With this in mind, the Lanier County News is providing a copy of the Sheriff Qualifications online for persons who are interested in learning about these particular qualifications.

According to information originating from the Lanier County local election board’s office and offered publicly by the Georgia Secretary of State Election’s Division, these are the persons who have asked to qualify for the Sheriff’s race:
