Tropical depression expected to be Hurricane Idalia Tuesday headed towards the northeast Gulf coast

Tropical Depression 10 is located off the tip of the Yucatan Peninsula and is expected to meander in that area through tonight. The official forecast has TD 10 becoming Tropical Storm Idalia this afternoon then becoming a hurricane Tuesday as it moves north into the eastern Gulf of Mexico headed towards the northeast Gulf coast.
