Survivors include her mother, Daphne Blaxton of Adel; brother, Zaylyn Perez of Adel; sisters, Annaleigh Blaxton of Adel, and Emma Blaxton of Adel; grandparents, Christopher Bristol of Ray City, and Taffey Blaxton (Michael Sutton) of Adel.
