GFAF seeks high court opinion on medical cannabis secrecy

The Georgia First Amendment Foundation is asking the Supreme Court of Georgia to protect citizens’ right to access judicial records. At issue: certain judicial records related to disputes between companies that won and lost state government-issued licenses to manufacture medical cannabis. GFAF is asking justices to reverse a lower court’s blanket seal intended to keep those records secret from the public forever. Read more.
