EPD Announcing Stakeholder Meetings Authorizing Stormwater Discharges
The Georgia Environmental Protection Division (EPD), Watershed Protection Branch, is conducting stakeholder meetings to discuss the reissuance of General NPDES Permits Nos. GAR100001 and GAR100002, authorizing stormwater discharges associated with construction activity to waters of the State of Georgia. The stakeholder draft permit documents can be found attached or downloaded at the following link: https://epd.georgia.gov/forms-permits/watershed-protection-branch-forms-permits/storm-water-forms/npdes-construction-storm. Stakeholder meetings have been scheduled for February 8, 2023 and February 9, 2023. Please refer to the attached Public Notice for additional meeting information. Comments received by close of business February 17, 2023 will be considered in the formulation of the official draft permit.
