Ring in the New Year With Safe Holiday Driving Safety

PERRY, Georgia – Georgia State Patrol (GSP) Troop H Commander Captain Rusty Harrelson is echoing the Georgia Department of Public Safety’s  suggestions for Georgia motorist’s safe driving during the holidays.  As the Christmas and New Year’s holidays rapidly approach, GSP Troopers and Motor Carrier Compliance (MCCD) Officers are preparing for the back-to-back holiday weekends.  DPS through their troopers and MCCD officers will conduct high visibility patrols on the heaviest travel days to remind motorists to drive safely.
