Darsey Touts ARPA Funded Infrastructure Project

LAKELAND, Georgia – The American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and the Georgia Municipal Association (GMA) on the ARP Act’s 1-year anniversary spotlighted the City of Lakeland’s Water and Sewer Infrastructure project as an example of an infrastructure project using ARPA funds.
