April Showers Rained at City of Lakeland Council Meeting

LAKELAND, Georgia – In Lakeland’s April City Council meeting, April showers did seem to bring May flowers in a sense.  The City of Lakeland Council was informed by Mayor Bill Darsey that the Local Maintenance & Improvement Grant (LMIG) has blessed the cost of the city’s street resurfacing and paving projects.
