Noise Advisory for Wednesday, May 13th

MOODY AIR FORCE BASE, GEORGIA – U.S. Air Force AC-130 Gunships and other aircraft will be conducting aerial training at Grand Bay Bombing and Gunnery Range Wednesday, May 13.

Unfamiliar noises associated with their training may be heard throughout Berrien, Lanier and Lowndes counties and surrounding areas from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Military personnel regularly use the range and its surrounding airspace Monday to Friday during various hours for tactical air and ground maneuvers, as well as weapons training.
