Back in the Saddle Again:  Daniels Name Back on the Primary Election Ballot Again

LAKELAND, GEORGIA – As a former Oklahoman turned Georgian, the Lanier County News couldn’t help but recall Gene Autry’s famous lyrics:  “I’m back in the saddle again; Out where a friend is a friend; Where the longhorn cattle feed; On the lowly jimsonweed; Back in the saddle again …“  It may be a song that Barbara Anne Daniels is singing since she has successfully and officially become a “qualified” candidate for the Lanier County Clerk position.  Daniels is now up against incumbent Deborah Clark for the position.  Both candidates are running as Republicans.
