U.S.A. Constitution 1st Amendment

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is a part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects freedom of speech, freedom of religion, freedom of assembly, freedom of the press, and right to petition.

Fundamental Value of Constitutional Democracy

The fundamental values of constitutional democracy reflect a paramount concern with human dignity and the worth and value of each individual.

Freedom of Conscience and Expression: A constitutional democracy includes among its highest purposes the protection of freedom of conscience and freedom of expression.  These freedoms have value both for the healthy functioning and preservation of constitutional democracy and for the full development of the human personality.
