Helen Lanier Strickland – 83 of Lakeland, GA passed away peacefully and gracefully on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Langdale Hospice House after a lengthy illness. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Southside Baptist Church in Lakeland. The burial will be held at 4:00 PM on Monday, December 23, 2019 at Moseley Cemetery in Uvalda, GA. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 22, 2019 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Lakeland United Methodist Church in Lakeland, GA.
