Another weekly LCN exclusive – Jon the Scout cartoon

Jon the Scout cartoon has been created by 16-year-old cartoonist Jon B. Moore, exclusively for the Lanier County News.  Jon is a resident of Lanier County and is a student in Lanier County School system.  Jon is a talented young artist, who has shown work at Turner Art Center in Valdosta and studies cartooning privately with cartoonist Cliff Ulmer.
